Had I ” GrafHerman of the Benevolent Dictator Party ” been
elected President , my priorities would have been :

# 1. As you said , I would clean out the Washington , D.C.
Whorehouse . We are ruled by war mongering Psychopaths and corrupt ,
bought and paid for ” public servants .” Be careful of who you take
under your wing , many of the Neo Cons will stab you in the back if
given a chance. Senator Joseph McCarthy was correct in the early 1950’s
when he said our government [ Democrats ] has been infiltrated by
Communists . Then in the 1970’s our Conservative Republican Party was
infiltrated by Communist Trotskyites . WE have true Patriots in the
U.S. such as Patrick Buchanan , Ron Paul , Paul Craig Roberts , Lee
Iacocca , etc. they should be brought in as advisors. We had patriots
in the U.S. such as J. Peter Grace , the C.E.O. of a chemical company
W.B.Grace and Co. for 48 years . Back in 1982 President Reagan ask him
to do a study on waste in government . He with a crew of 161 top
executives from around the country and a staff of 2000 came up with 2478
recommendations in 2 years time . Had Congress followed up which it
didn’t , he would have saved the country $ 7.1 Trillion by the year
2000. He said 1/3 of all our taxes are consumed by waste and
inefficiency and our Congressmen could care less. Lee Iacocca who
rescued Chrysler Corporation from its death throes was upset about
Obamas “Cash for Clunkers ” where perfectly good cars were junked for
new cars in order to stimulate the economy. This disaster cost the
American taxpayer $ 26 Billions. David Walker our U.S. Comptroller
General 1998 – 2008 . toured the country trying to alert the people
about the dire financial straits we are in and it cannot continue . Our
” leaders ” refused to listen.

# 2. Our 3 rd world Infrastructure 80 + years old is in dire
straits . According to the American Society of Civil Engineers said
that it would take over $ 3 Trillion to restore / rebuild it. We
should start with $ 1 Trillion which would create many thousands of
good paying jobs . These workers would pay taxes , they would buy
homes , cars , furniture , dine out , etc. [ and they would pay taxes ]
which would stimulate the economy . The question is how to pay for it
………..easy . Cease all foreign aid to countries considering
little has changed. Could save about $ 97 Billion . We have troops
based in about 140 countries around the world, bring them home . We have
started over 34 wars around the world since 1950 which cost us multi
Trillions of dollars not counting the millions of innocents who died
under our Weapons of Mass Destruction plus our own innocent young men.
Our Federal Government has expanded in the past 15 years and by cutting
it back by 30 % plus , it would save Billions . By building the wall
and sending ILLEGALS back , it would create jobs for those on welfare .
The Federal gas tax back in 1993 was a fixed 18.4 cents a gallon when
gas was about 90 cents a gallon . It should have been a percentage not a
fixed sum. If it were 12 % , when the price of gas goes up with
inflation to $ 3.00 a gallon , the tax would be 36 cents not 18.4 cents
. That tax money was supposed to be used for road , highway and bridge
repair. Eliminate the Department of Energy , the Department of Education
who have proven to be a total failure considering our dumbed down school
system , we already have a Department of Education in every city and State,
the Department of Interior , the corrupt S.E.C. , Housing and Urban
Development [ HUD ] , and the Department of Commerce who work in the
interest of mega corporations. Close useless Departments such as Fish
and Wildlife , the savings would be about 198 Billion.

# 3. Welfare has expanded exponentially since Obama took office .
In 2009 there were 33,490,000 people on Food Stamps [ SNAP ] , 7 years
later in 2016, 46,000,000 were on food stamps . By closing the borders
and evicting illegals , it will create millions of jobs for those on
welfare . It must be mandated that healthy adults 18 to 60 years old
must find work within 6 months MAX , after that Welfare will cease .
They then will not be able to apply for Welfare for another 5 years .
Everyone must contribute to the welfare of the nation as a whole .
Unmarried mothers will be allowed 1 child max. An attempt for a second
child , they will be neutered . Considering there are numerous birth
control options such as IUD’s , condoms, diaphragm, implants ,
spermicide ,vasectomy , birth control sponge , vaginal ring , etc.,
there is no excuse for pregnancy . Once a child is in school , the
mother must contribute 20 hours a week to the town , city , state or the
federal government in doing various chores . Subsidized housing will be
maintained in good order or they will be evicted. During the 1930’s
depression there was no welfare or subsidized housing and yet people
survived.

# 4. Foreign Aid to corrupt 3 rd world countries for over 60 years
all to no avail cost about $ 97 Billion yearly. [ 139 countries ]
Stop all foreign aid for 10 years until we are financially stable.
The savings will be applied to rebuilding our infrastructure .

# 5. Break up the Oligarch control of the mass media who twist ,
distort, omit inconvenient facts and outright lie. [ fake news ]
We should be presented both sides of the story. Back in the early 1950’s
the Washington, D.C. Times Herald was destroyed because of its support
of Senator Joseph McCarthy who was exposing Communists who had infiltrated
our government. The Jewish advertising agencies refused to place ads in
the Times Herald and the paper went bankrupt after one year. It was finally
sold to Meyer in 1954 for pennies on the dollar. Meyer also bought the
Washington Post who was bankrupted because of their Conservative point of
view . The mass media is now controlled by 6 Oligarchs. It is the same with
the Banks, a small group have taken over thousands of smaller banks and now
have total control. Back in 2007 we put our life savings in C.D.’s earning
5 % interest. As a retiree if you had saved $ 100,000.00 and got 5 % interest,
you earned $ 5000.00. Now you might ” earn ” with .05 % interest, $ 50.00 a year.
The banks are controlled by the ” Federal Reserve “[which are private bankers]
and must do their bidding. The Banksters and Wall Street are Financial Terrorists.
Break up this EVIL Cabal .

# 6. Non stop Riots especially since Pres. Lyndon Johnson’s ” Great Society ”
in 1965. Expanded welfare and Affirmative Action and what have the Blacks given
in return, non stop riots, looting , beatings and arson burning down neighborhoods.
If these Terrorists were White Racists or the K.K.K. , the military would have
come in and violently put a stop to this sub-human behavior, they would still be
in prison. Their violence has caused thousands of lives and hundreds of millions
of dollars in damage. The mass media blames it on White racism. No other race ,
the Orientals, Europeans or the people from India riot and loot as the Blacks do.
Put an immediate stop to it. We are no longer a civilized society.

# 7. Student loans ….When I graduated from the University of Miami in 1965
the tuition was $ 1000.00 a year . Now 50 years later it is $ 46,000.00 a year.
Our young kids are over their heads in debt for the next 12 to 15 years . It destroys
all their dreams. Slavery was outlawed but they are now little more than indentured
servants . The interest rate was 3.4 % but then was doubled to 6.8 % . When you buy a
house, the interest rate is about 3.5 % to 4.0 % . Why so costly? Our colleges have
become country clubs what with football , baseball, tennis , swim teams , swimming
pools, art galleries , etc. The monies donated every year by alumni should go to keep
tuition rates down. Athletes are given scholarships even though many have low I.Q.’s
Who pays for it, the students thru higher tuition rates.

# 8. Social Security ….We must contribute 7.65 % on every dollar earned up to
$ 118,500.00. The owner of the business must also contribute 7.65 % . 6.2 % is for
Social Security and 1.45 % goes to Medicare. This is insurance for your [ limited ]
financial well being when retired. Financially it is a bit of a burden for the average
working man . But for the multi millionaire it is chump change , not a burden. In all
fairness they should also continue to pay at least up to $ 5 million if not more.
Considering that the average executive ” earns” about 250 to 300 times an assembly line
worker. It would be no burden on them. [ Back in the 1960’s, they used to earn about
40 times what an assembly line worker earned.]

# 9 Whistleblowers ……are actually true Patriots who have inside information and
are willing to expose the corrupt psychopaths in Washington and the Psychopaths in the
Military who brutally torture and massacre innocents. An example being Bradley Manning
who exposed videos such as a U.S. helicopter crew machine gunning an ambulance crew in
Iraq who were sent to rescue Iraqi’s who were wounded or dying after the helicopter sent
a rocket down on a suspected group of people which included children. While machine
gunning them the U.S. crew were laughing. Had the Nazis , the Russians or the Chinese
committed the same act, it would be headline news about their sub human behavior . But
these psychopaths were given a Free Pass and Bradley was sentenced to 35 years in prison.
” What EVIL Lurks in the Hearts of Men, the Shadow Knows ” Whistleblowers should be
rewarded and the psychopaths imprisoned. “Do unto others as you would have them do unto you”
Free the Whistleblowers. They did not reveal State secrets that the ” enemy ” did not
already know, only the American people were kept in the dark. After all, we are the Master
Race. Free the courageous compassionate Whistleblowers such as Snowden and B. Manning.
Senator Joseph McCarthy back in the early 1950’s was also a Whistlerblower when he exposed
the fact that Communists had infiltrated our government. The ” Power Behind the Throne ”
destroyed him. The government follows the ” Mafia Rule of Omerta ” – Silence or Death

# 10. Voter I.D. must be mandated to insure voters are citizens. Everyone needs an I.D. in
order to drive a car , fly on an Airline, to buy liquor when young, to open a bank account
and to withdraw money, etc. Common sense.

# 11. Minimum wage, raise to $ 10.00 an hour now and then tie it to the annual inflation rate.

# 12. Audit the Federal Reserve [ private bankers ] Audit Fort Knox and the N.Y. Federal
Reserve vaults to find out the true contents of our Gold holdings. They cannot refuse.

# 13. The first time in U.S. history after an election did we have non stop street protests
week after week, month after month. Normally the losing party would accept the outcome and
hope for victory in the next election. These uncivilized, radical, undisciplined Anarchists
create disruption, turmoil and and chaos in our normally civilized society. The F.B.I. should
investigate who is behind this such as George Soros [who was a Communist and a Nazi collaborator]
