Politicians are more than happy spending on Pork Barrel projects , expanding government , giving themselves hefty pay raises , free health care , they do not pay into Social Security but have generous
retirement benefits . They are not concerned about the high percentage of healthy people on welfare who have no desire to work . They don’t want to alienate potential voters.
